The goal for Altostream is to let creators maximize their earnings from their work with no gatekeepers.

In todays streaming world, artists do not have direct access to upload, manage or view finances of their contents. There are third parties involved with the distribution of these contents.

Glover:
Fans will be able to stream music at high quality the same way they do on other streaming platforms, the only key difference is that, they can rewarded by engaging with contents on Altostream. Fans are paid for curating contents on Altostream.

Glover:
We currently have free and premium plan, free plan allows you stream music but at a lower quality but not as low as other streaming platforms, paid plan allows you do so much more and to stream music at high quality. We would be going live on beta this week.
Premium Subscription will be free for the next 3 months. We are currently refactoring our web wallet to improve the flow for users to purchase Alto tokens.

Yes. Which basically drives up the value of the tokens and good for early token holders.
We have integrated with 4 wallet products to help make subscription easy.

Glover:
Presale is starting soon. So those interested can acquire some when it begins. Cos there’s a lot of anticipation from investors to hold some $ALTO.
Early Users who have access to stream music, can also earn some $ALTO when they curate playlists on Altostream.

The smart contract makes it cheat proof. Transparency and accountability of the blockchain enables artists see their earnings in real time.

$ALTO will be used to pay for shows tickets, buy artists merchandise, access to musical NFTs, will be used on producers store front for selling beats.

The artist service is for artists who would like to upload and manage their songs on Altostream. As an artist you will be given a dashboard when you signup. You can upload and manage your songs with it.

Q2. I read that Community members will be rewarded for becoming Curators or even Creators in their own right, and that they may be compensated in $ALTO to participate in promotional activities by Curators or Creators.
What responsibilities do these curators and creators play in your ecosystem, and what are the rewards of being a curator or creator?

Glover:
Curators help in the distribution flow of contents, they make contents appear more visible for users. Curators are folks who enjoy creating playlists for every mood or situation, some of them are our friends and family, they share their moments with us through music. What we are doing is basically enabling these ones with rewards for their passion.
