AMA with Fairdesk

On the 24th of February, 2022 at 17:00 UTC, Decentralized Club had the honor of hosting Joey Li (Event Manager) from FairDesk for an Ask-Me-Anything session on their Telegram page with a community of over 70,000 people. It was hosted by DC Admin, May.

The session was divided into three segments. Introductions were made in Segment 1, questions from the Twitter community were answered in Segment 2, and live questions from the community members in attendance were answered in Segment 3.

Can you briefly tell what FairDesk is about? We would like to know more about it and the inspiration that birthed the project.

Fairdesk is a brand new Crypto Derivatives Trading Platform. As our name Fair, Fairdesk is all about Fairness and Profits. We created a new trading platform because we found it hard to make profits from the exchanges. After all, they charge a high fee and are not fair for the users. We want everybody to come to the Desk and trade for more profits.

What are the innovative solutions that distinguish FairDesk from other similar derivatives trading projects and what competitive advantages do you have?

The biggest innovation at Fairdesk at the moment is that we solve the low profit brought by the high fee. We have a simple UI design and easy-to-operate professional trading pages to help both novice and professional traders to make profits that cannot be obtained in other exchanges in the bull market and bear market. Our advantage is that it is easy to achieve profitability, and we are confident that our rates are uncompetitive with other exchanges.

What are the KYC requirements for traders on your platform?

We currently do not need KYC, and anyone can experience trading on our platform unconditionally. Our vision is to popularize financial knowledge, popularize trading, and enable more people to participate in encrypted trading.

How do we acquire your native project token and why is it important to hold it from an investment point of view?

[Joey Li]

Fairdesk token, aka FDT. It has not been released yet, but some users have already obtained it through airdrops. There are two ways to obtain FDT: trade mining and airdrops. We have opened trade mining and we will hold airdrops from time to time. Next, we will launch spot trading soon, and then open FDT/USDT trading and listing on major exchanges. FDT is the cornerstone of Fairdesk's ecosystem, holding FDT can own DAO RIghts, participate in our follow-up Launchpad, NFT auction, Staking, etc.

We have strong technology and sufficient resources, and complete planning, now is the best investment period to join us :）

What should be considered in choosing a safe and reliable trading platform from FairDesk's point of view?

The first point is security. If the funds are not safe, everything else is illusory. The technical team is the root of everything. The second point is liquidity. Lack of liquidity on exchanges will increase the slippage of traders' orders, which is a very important issue. The third point is the trading rate, which is also an exclusive advantage of Fairdesk. We have the lowest rate of exchanges on the entire network.
