AMA with Metacraft
On the 29th of January, 2022 at 16:00 UTC, Decentralized Club had the honor of hosting Alex Binesh (Co-Founder/Business Development Lead) from MetaCraft for an Ask-Me-Anything session on their Telegram page with a community of over 70,000 people. It was hosted by DC Admin, May.
The session was divided into three segments. Introductions were made in Segment 1, questions from the Twitter community were answered in Segment 2, and live questions from the community members in attendance were answered in Segment 3.

I am a co-founder and the business development lead at Metacraft. And our team is a group of highly talented and renowned artists, engineers, and entrepreneurs. We have been working very hard to develop or platform and are finally ready to share it with such communities as yours

Can you tell us about Metacraft and the inspiration that got it started?

We wanted to offer the first Dapp based NFT trading platform that welcomes and allows multiple chains and tokens.
We saw a need for an integrated platform where Metaverse and the real world are bridged and where sophisticated artistic work can be created, imported, exported, sold, bought, and competed for.
Additionally, we wanted to allow for real-life activities such as eCommerce, sporting, and entertainment events staged involving NFTs in a high-quality metaverse environment.
And to make it all engaging we wanted to allow for high-quality games in this environment where players would be rewarded for their work while enjoying our unique platform’s offerings.
And to top it all, we also saw the need for a Crowdfunding and DAO platform to allow our users to collectively create sophisticated artworks while having a say in the running of the platform and community.

What innovative solution is Metacraft bringing to topple its competitors with similar offerings in the NFT sector?

What sets us apart is that we are a complete infrastructure platform with the ability to connect Metaverses, NFTs, Artificial Intelligence, NFT Exchange, DAO Services, and Crowdfunding.
We are also able to operate on many networks. Currently, we are on Polygon, BSC, and Metis DAO and we will soon be deploying on other chains.
We are the only platform that covers all the above technologies and operate on such a variety of chains. It should be noted that Polygon Metis are Layer 2 platforms and we are the first to deploy on Layer 2.
Additionally, we allow for third-party games to be imported into our platform. Furthermore, we can plug into other metaverses, share traffic, games, NFTs, and other activities.
Our Play-To-Earn games are highly sophisticated and engaging, allowing for gainful participation of gamers
We also have a strong eCommerce capability allowing for gamification of shopping experiences that also have an NFT component.
Additionally, we are partnering with Entertainment and Sporting organizations to stage live events in our metaverse that also have gaming and NFT components
Our AI platform is unique in that it allows for the creation and transformation of very exquisite artwork leading to the usage of such work as NFTs
Our Crowdfunding platform also allows for the creation of highly sophisticated artistic work, such as movies, music, digital art; and the distribution of the revenue to the contributors.
We are the world’s first Dapp platform that allows various tokens/chains to connect to Metacraft. We do not limit ourselves to a few tokens like other platforms.
We can connect to many tokens and chains so that these projects can use our platform features.
Additionally, we would like to be able to attract their communities and convert them into our users. As an example, our collaboration with Metis has been very successful based on this model so far.

How does Metacraft crowdfund for NFT projects?

We allow for the collaborative creation of costly and complex projects such as movies, music, or other artwork.
By doing so the contributors can provide input while profiting from their artistic talents.
For example, we have a very sophisticated project called Arthur Innis, about a 19-century Scottish explorer who travels the world on a journey of discovery and documents his observations and findings.
This is a completely AI-generated project where contributors can add content to advance the project and in the end, would benefit from the value of the end product in the form of NFT

Can you tell us about your native token and its utilities?

Our tokens are utilized in our gaming tokenomics.
Additionally, they are used for trading NFTs and paying for assets in our metaverse.
Our token, MCRT, is also required to obtain a position in the whitelist on Metastarter, our crowdfunding platform.

Please give us a summary of your 2021 highlights and what major news should we look forward to from Metacraft in 2022?

In 2021 We launched our marketplace and created our DAO and crowdfunding platform.
We also created our highly sophisticated games with P2E and P2W capabilities, soon to be launched.
We also lay the groundwork for integration with eCommerce and live-streamed events and gamification of such interactions
In 2022, and very soon we shall have our TGE, launch of our first game, then our P2E game, and then our Metaverse.
We also have partnership agreements with some major sporting, entertainment, and eCommerce operators where they will leverage our NFT, our Metaverse, gaming, and marketplace capabilities to enhance their offerings.

We want to allow NFT portability on our platform. We believe in giving the option to our users to import and export their work at any time and not be restricted to our platform only.
Our platform supports trading features, but we are not just limited to trading.
We have NFT creation infrastructure, and Metastarter as a DAO solution to support NFT project collaboration and crowdfunding.
Our users are encouraged to use our platform to create and innovate. And we want our users to gain the maximum rewards from their creation.
Connecting to other platforms gives them options to expose their hard work to more markets.

More than just crowdfunding, we are a DAO solution that supports project collaboration and crowdfunding.
Our platform and feature set is so unique that we do not see a similar solution in the market that offers the same capabilities at this time
First of all, Metacraft provides the NFT infrastructure deployed with many creative tools, such as Artificial Intelligence tools.
We have developed this technology over the past three years.
We are very advanced in this and can deliver the world’s best quality AI work
Users can create stunning NFTs features.
However, NFT formats like images, paintings are very simple NFTs. These can be done by 1 or 2 persons. If we want to make more complex and challenging NFT projects, such as movies and games, it requires different people with different expertise to work together.
And, most of the time, these kinds of projects require more funding to complete.
Our Metastarter crowdfunding platform solves these problems by providing a DAO solution where our users can contribute and earn rewards based on their contribution

While you build your project do you take into account community feedback and demands? Trust and security are very important in any business, what makes investors, customers, and users safe when working with your project?

First of all, any smart contract, whether created by us or by third parties and utilized on our platform has to go through an audit process. This ensures transparency and security that is verified by established auditors.
We also have a DAO platform where the decisions get made from the bottom-up, governed by our community organized and enforced on a blockchain.
This means that our organization is collectively owned and managed by our members.
Additionally, we have portability of our NFTs, gaming, and our marketplace which indicates that our partners have placed trust in us and have complete confidence in our platform.
Additionally, we store all NFT assets on IPFS, which is extremely reliable and immutable.
And while we welcome other parties to import their work into Metacraft, we require them to provide audit reports for their minting contracts.
Their NFT assets too must be stored on IPFS.
Centralized storage is not allowed to connect with Metacraft.

There are two features of the existing AI tools in Metacraft, these are AI-Generated Arts and Style Transfer. What is AI-Generated Arts and Style Transfer? How do they work? What advantages do both tools offer?

AI-Generated Art is generated solely by an AI engine. The input to this engine could be text, lyrics, or other artwork. Additionally, the AI engine constantly learns from its creations and enhances future output.
These artworks are highly sophisticated. For example, you can state that the artwork is a painting of a woman walking along the shoreline at sunset and the AI engine produces a very exquisite portrait of such an event.
Style Transfer requires the users to upload an input image. Users should pick a style. Our neuron network will process this request to generate styled artworks. We have enhanced our features so that it will only take a few seconds to generate a new style.

The way to represent digital assets would be by converting the value to fiat, however, we have a few projects we are working on where we are representing physical assets by NFTs in our metaverse.
There are very sophisticated use cases where we solve some very complex legal and technical challenges associated with such representation.
Assets such as real estate and fiat investments are stored in our metaverse securely.
We are also representing physical assets as part of sporting and entertainment events.
And most interestingly we are staging eCommerce transactions in our metaverse where we can tokenize physical assets as well as sell such assets on our platform
Our Co-Founder Matt Vegh created his Mosaic NFT based on his real physical paintings.
We partner with Realnifty in New York to digitize Matt’s work. Buyers of these NFTs can receive real paintings by mail.

As mentioned we are not just an NFT marketplace and creation platform, but we have a powerful presence in the Metaverse. For example, we have a gallery and museum in our metaverse where you could post your creations for all the visitors to see, all in 3D. Additionally, you can interact directly with our marketplace from the Metaverse. We are creating alliances with other metaverses to exchange traffic. This would give you tremendous exposure to showcase your NFTs. Additionally, we have sophisticated games, including P2E, where you could stake tokens, NFTs to earn income. Our strategic plans are twofold. With the highly sophisticated gaming tokenomics and P2E and P2W models, we are ensuring a long-term demand for our tokens while our members earn an income for using and staking these tokens. Our DAO and crowdfunding platform also ensure a strong demand for our currency. At the same time, we are forming alliances with other Metaverses where we share traffic. This guarantees an increasing flow of traffic into our NFT galleries, museums, NFT based sporting, and entertainment events. In addition, our platform's integration with various chains and layers allows for a wide exposure to a large market. Your NFTs can be imported and exported as you wish and with a click. Additionally, our AI engine allows for never thought of before creativity that even an average person can hope to create and profit from NFT creation and Metaverse presence. And lastly, this is just the beginning of this new amazing paradigm of NFT, Metaverse, gaming, AI, and VR.
