AMA with Nfans
On the 12th of December, 2021 at 15:00 UTC, Decentralized Club had the honor of hosting Sara Frankel (Head of Global Business Development) from N.Fans, for an Ask-Me-Anything session on their Telegram page with a community of over 70,000 people. It was hosted by DC Host, Alvis.
The session was divided into four segments. Introductions were made in Segment 1, questions from the Twitter and website community were answered in Segment 2 and 3 respectively, and live questions from the community members in attendance were answered in Segment 4.

Hi, everyone! My name is Sara, and I'm the Head of Global Business Development for N.Fans.
My main job is to help the team develop and market the project so that they can focus their efforts on the GameFi, NFT, and IP elements that the community wants. I have experience in marketing, especially in games, and I'm excited about our ecosystem and platform, and how we continue to innovate in the space.

First of all, Can you tell us about NFans and the inspiration that got it started?
[Sara Frankel]
Of course! N.Fans is committed to creating a meta-universe world of well-known animation IP+GameFi.
The N.Fans platform integrates celebrity film and television, well-known animation, games, and other content,
it uses smart contract technology to build copyright that integrates IP, products, and digital rights realize non-homogeneous tokenization for popular, entertainment, and other subcultures, and build an aggregate NFT trading platform for global participants
It started with the inspiration to create fun games and dominate the NFT GameFi industry – and here we are!

What innovative solution is NFans bringing to topple its competitors with similar offerings in the NFT sector?
[Sara Frankel]
I can give you a great example with our upcoming NFT marketplace which is to be released this month.
We are using social media heavily, including Telegram, Twitter, and Medium to explain what an NFT is, why they should use our platform, and how they can do so easily.
Our NFT marketplace is the most intuitive and simple interface you will ever see for NFTs. It makes it easy for even a non-technical artist or someone who has never even heard of NFTs to use it.
For artists, NFTs are a dream come true, easy transaction, fees, cost, and potential for long-term royalties – artists are finally true owners of their intellectual property. The only issue is onboarding them. That takes time and effort and we are going to succeed in that regard as well!

Could you talk about the distinguishing features of NFans?

NFans’ primary distinguishing feature is our IP.
While many in the NFT space are trying to mimic our success, none have the IP rights to Naruto and other high-value art. Because of that, we are uniquely positioned to dominate the industry and continue to be a leading NFT IP platform in the future.

Yes, our liquidity mining which was just released offers an astounding 10,000%+ return.

What is the Blind Box Mall?

The Blind Box Mall is our N.Fans marketplace where you can buy NFT blind boxes of Naruto.
You can not only purchase a blind box but you can also use it in the game "Road to Ninja." Road to Ninja is a community-driven Naruto universe.
Players, developers, and investors collaborate in GameFi to jointly promote game development and obtain sustained benefits. It is a card battle-type chain game similar to Axie Infinity.
The player first participates in the treasure game or buys a blind box, and obtains the card(s) to start Road to Ninja. Road to Ninja just started its closed beta last week and uses the Naruto card as the activation key in the game but users can also receive Chakra and $NFS tokens as rewards.

Can you talk about $NFS and the utilities?
[Sara Frankel]
The ecological layout of N.Fans itself is relatively wide, forming a closed loop. As the token of the platform, NFS can be used in a wide range of scenarios.
On the self-operated platform, NFS can be used for auctions and transactions. On the N.Fans platform, assets can also be mortgaged and borrowed.
NFS will also be required during games.
For example, in the Ninja Treasure Hunting Alliance, drawing NFT cards and other rewards requires NFS; part of that NFS will be destroyed, per our deflationary plan.
Card upgrades consume card synthesis, CKR (Chakra), and NFS. Each character card is an NFT.
Therefore, NFS is not only available on its own platform but is also more widely used in the game ecosystem as another use case.
We encourage our community to learn more about our token and how they can best utilize it as a long-term part of our ecosystem and, eventually, metaverse.

What major news should we still look forward to from NFans by the end of the year?
[Sara Frankel]
We are working hand-in-hand with several well-known projects to work out collaborations to further our reach and join hands with some of the biggest names in GameFi right now.
And yes, we do intend to allow developers to build apps on top of our platform. All that is in the works and coming to our ecosystem in the future.
Now, we are focused on optimizing our GameFi and pooling our resources around delivering on that front. Soon, we will transition to releasing an NFT marketplace and blindboxes.
After that, we will be working on the next phase of development such as metaverse and the ideas you brought up as well!
it is important to understand that with GameFi, users can invest and earn money while playing a game, which is a new concept called "Play to Earn." GameFi game tools can be freely circulated through NFT to maximize the use of scarce game items and improve the collection value.
In the history of blockchain, N.Fans is the first successful attempt to create cartoon character material, and attract the great attention of the Metaverse. In the future, N.Fans will explore more fields and more IP cooperation, making N.Fans more widely used in Metaverse scenarios.

Our current MC is approximately $16mm. The price has been quite volatile as the entire crypto market is volatile recently. We certainly think we are undervalued, in the last 24 hours the price is up 11%, and with time we expect that our long-term investors and fans will be rewarded.

How can you convince other well-known Japanese celebrities/artists/arts to partner up with NFans to make their NFTs on your platform? Why is it benefitting them as an "actual author" of the NFTed arts by teaming up with NFans?

That is really the job of our team including our marketing and BD consultants like me. Our goal is to continue to onboard real celebrities and strong names and IPs throughout the world.
We did that with Naruto and we are not stopping there. We are in discussions with other big brand names both in IP and in GameFi in general, stay tuned for some exciting updates!

Great question; NFans is built on the BSC network for that very reason. We are not interested in gas wars or having our fans pay astronomical fees for gas.
Obviously, gas is a necessary part of the blockchain and we appreciate that; however, we established our platform on Binance Smart Chain to make those fees reasonable and affordable for all of our users across the globe.

Using blockchain technology, NFTs are unique and cannot be copied. Our project has IP that is ours and ours alone per agreements we make with various entities. That is the power of crypto!
