On 13TH July, 2023 at 10 AM UTC, Decentralized Club
had the honor of hosting Thomas Jinhyuk Park (Jin), COO and Kyung
Joon Kwon (KJ), CEO for an Ask- Me- Anything session on their
Telegram page with a community of over 60,000
people. It was hosted by DC Admin, Miss Futuristi.
The session was divided into three segments.

Sports and Technology are inseparable, and with transparency, it can create a whole new
paradigm. RADA Foundation aims to implement a platform for actual football clubs in Europe in
that everyone and anyone with our tokens can participate; The actual interaction to build a better
future for all of us rather than only collective tokens.
> Jin Park: The mission of the RADA Foundation is to revolutionize the football industry by integrating
technology, transparency, and accountability into club decision-making. Through the purchase of
a football club and the implementation of blockchain technology, the foundation aims to foster fan
engagement, preserve club heritage, support youth players, and promote good corporate
governance in football management.

Can you please explain about the RADA DAO, RADA token RADA NFT, the overall Ecosystem?

Sure!

RADA Foundation primarily operates its projects through the DAO, which serves as the core of the
RADA ecosystem and runs a rookie development program. The foundation supports fundraising
and the development and management of the Web3 DAO platform, while the DAO members
handle projects within the platform. While the foundation has predetermined the first project for
the DAO, the DAO itself makes key decisions. Moreover, any DAO member can propose a new
DAO project in the sports/entertainment business and execute it once the proposal is approved
through voting.
> Jin Park:
RADA, built on the Ethereum network, utilizes the RADA cryptocurrency (ERC-20) as a
governance token. All activities conducted by the RADA Foundation are carried out through
transactions involving the RADA cryptocurrency. This includes the process of making proposals,
voting on the DAO platform, participating in the NFT drawing system, and funding for rookie
players.
> Jin Park:
RADA NFTs (ERC-721) offer unique utility features that set them apart from traditional collectible
NFTs. They are categorized into Contract Verification NFTs, Ambassador NFTs, Rookie Set NFTs,
and Funding NFTs. Some NFTs can be obtained through NFT draws using RADA tokens, while
others can be acquired by proposing funding for players and receiving acceptance from the DAO.
The most significant advantage of RADA NFTs is that they grant voting weight during participation
in voting, based on the type and quantity of NFTs held.

Can you tell us about the RADA roadmap? What’s the current development flow?
> Jin Park:
We got pretty neat and detailed roadmap on our whitepaper and website. But to give you our
major plans;
By getting listed on Probit Global in the 3rd quarter of this year, RADA will begin to operate fully.
Through networks of the global ambassador and other experts, the foundation is already
conducting research on the potential FCs to be acquired and it aims to announce and acquire the
club in 2024.

By 2024, the foundation will complete building the DAO platform that will facilitate all activities
that RADA DAO selects and proceed with, and RAS Factory, OffChain & OnChain Voting system
for two-track hybrid voting.
> Jin Park:
By 2025, ‘Explore RADA Asset (ERA)’ will be built for anyone holding the RADA cryptocurrency
can transparently track RADA assets, and in addition to the growth of the club, the first DAO
project, you will be responsible for the operation so that the future projects that DAO will decide
will proceed smoothly.

The initial brainstorming for the Foundation started with three co-founders: KJ and Jin (us in this
chat) and our CTO, Ban

Dr. K.J Kwon (K.J) is a seasoned marketing and business strategy expert with a Ph.D. in
Marketing and Business Strategy. With a focus on AI technology and blockchain, K.J has
collaborated with companies to explore their transformative potential. This includes enhancing
data privacy and decentralized decision-making. With experience in event management and
brand partnerships, K.J connects the worlds of sport and blockchain.

Jay Ban is a highly skilled professional with 19+ years of expertise in ICT and blockchain. His

DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM and the ACQUISITION & OPERATION
OF A PROFESSIONAL FC?

The RADA talent development program:
It is designed to provide a unique opportunity to young football players with excellent potential.
The program aims to discover talented sports RADAs in association with professional sports
academies and train those talents through various global training programs to nurture them into
successful global sports elites.
> Jin Park:
Our systematic approach assures transparent progress, total care service and facilities, training
regime, and funding. We have partnered with European football clubs and academies from
Belgium, England, Italy, and Spain. Our front partner, the DV7 Academy of Spain, allows us to participate in various training plus practice matches against the Spanish La Liga club’s youth
teams.

And members of the RADA DAO can use RADA tokens to propose funding for the players they
wish to play. Athletes adopted through the DAO’s resolution receive support through a contract
with the foundation, and members who succeed in funding will receive reward.

Next about the acquisition & operation of a European professional FC in lower leagues:
Investors from around the world have increasingly targeted European football clubs, ranging from
local businessmen to foreign billionaires, private equity firms, and supporter groups. The DAO
community, a new archetype of football club ownership, offers an additional opportunity for
football clubs' ownership, enabling supporters and fans worldwide to have a say in decision-
making and perhaps win the vote to move the club forward. The crypto token will have tangible
value throughout the campaign.

The implementation of Web 3.0 technology in club ownership and management will create a
digital community of remote fans attaching themselves to the club through democratic voting,
crypto tokens, and governance to raise their voices in decision-making. This approach will
enhance the engagement and care of supporters and members of other sports-related tokens
who only receive limited benefits.

The project’s aim is to bring the club to the highest league in the country, reshaping its
infrastructure, including decentralized decision-making votes, to listen to the fans, supporters,
and communities. The voters who participate will feel more engaged and caring through the
process.

We are currently offering English and Chinese to start with. We are aware of the importance of
other languages within the community. We do not have local communities yet.

This is very tricky part of our BM.
However we are in good hand of team and things are looking very promising.
We are finding a way to cooperate with management. It is a challenge, but with our ambassadors
and advisors, we are finding the best way to anticipate the concerns.
The world of football now demands more technologies and, up to date, a management style that
counts demands, feedback, and voices from fans.
We plan to execute that gap to be filled with our strategy. Then build our infrastructure to the
business sectors (in football especially)

We believe that creating and achieving a global community is going to be a crucial part of our

in 2023, We are building our own community, which is relatively small. With the active participation
of our global ambassador and his team, in 2024 we believe that could be a good start for the
global community in the sports industry.

However, we cannot say everything is going to be perfect. We are going to start with IEO, then list
to one exchange. Currently, we are in talks with multiple exchanges that can put us in a better
position in our project, the crypto market.
We expect there will be huge market demand (hopefully!) and we are preparing for adaptation and
building up the appropriate responses in our end to maintain our project in great climb.

RADA holders can have benefits of having unique opportunities with players when holding type 2
