This is a balanced approach to a financial model; providing conservative asset allocation backing through blue chip art with exposure to aggressive growth by way of the art marketplace. The combination of both assets will lead to future appreciation.

Q1- our project generates income in two ways: 1- an appreciation model and 2- a marketplace startup model. The first one where our token represents the ownership of two blue chip artworks. One for Van Gogh and Peter Paul Reubens with a projected return of 2 to 3x return over 5 years; while the art marketplace has its own projection over the same period and its based on sales of Art works as well as tokenization of the same. The benefit to investors is two holds one that focus on safe investment in art of a know value and a track record of appreciation and equally exposed to a start up marketplace that has the chance for exponential growth over the same period of time.

We also see tremendous growth in art sales moving online and our market art marketplace follows the same strategy has online art sales have experienced double-digit growth post pandemic; hence our double edge investment strategy which attempts to hedge bear market.

Relying on online art sales growth and tokenization as well as the safety of blue chip art will whether any bear market!

That’s why the main shareholder of Titan investment dedicate a magnificent budget for technology and marketing strategy and plans starting from teasing campaign and pre campaign to actual campaign ending with after sale campaign.
Also we are planning to inject part of the revenue into future expanding plan and marketing .

Plus it’s backed up by the very solid business plan and strategy in order to create a fund and we are also doing transactions and payment using escrow and custody agent in order to secure and make sure of all transactions.
