My name is Shola, I am the co-founder of Cyclops Finance (AKA Cyclops Game).
My background is in applied sciences, I have a master’s degrees in both Mechatronics engineering and Mathematics. I have live in the United states for over 8yrears.
I got into crypto full-time in late 2016, initially as a trader. After about a year of trading, I decided to start working on some of my innovative ideas.
3 plus years later, here I am, developing Cyclops Finance.
Cyclops Game is a Hybrid DeFi project that is focused on developing highly customizable blockchain solutions for gaming.
Our technologies combine the concept of DeFi yield farming and assets identity representation through NFTs to develop a hybrid decentralized gaming platform.
Our Hybrid decentralized gaming platform allow decentralized games to be developed on the blockchain with ease but not just that, it also serves as a layer 2 bridge for conventional games making it possible for such games and/or platforms to hybridize and interact with the blockchain. With this, conventional games will be able to easily migrate and become semi-decentralized.
The Cyclops Game ecosystem operates on a dual token system, these tokens have their unique use and dependencies, they are: CYTR (the governance token) and CYCR (the rewards/credit token).

thanks for asking, there are a lot of exciting things, I will try to pick a few important ones
Firstly, from a technology and feature standpoint, Cyclops game is mostly focused on gaming but not just that, we are developing solutions that will help the crypto community at large. Features like rugpull-proof launchpad/incubator designed to help startups and at the same time, protect investors.
From a community standpoint, Cyclops game is all about the community, our technologies are built such that the community members have a say (vote) on decisions made.
Most importantly, Holders of CYTR and CYCR tokens are technically our partners/shareholders, as such they will enjoy great returns when staking goes live. Revenues from the platform are distributed to holders in addition to the staking rewards.

I see an interesting thing here. Token holders are never thought equivalent to shareholders. But here I see you are thinking of them as shareholders?

yes holders of CYTR (Governance token) are automatically seen as shareholders while holders of a CYCR can be shareholders if they hold a certain minimum amount of CYCR.

Q3. Which are the most important achievements in 2020 for Cyclops Games? @Cyclopsadmin

Great question. We achieved a lot I must say, but keeping it focused on the main one, here are the achievements for 2020
The Cyclops game’s journey started on Sept. 21st 2020 and in less than 4 months, we have achieved a lot. Some of these achievements include:
1) We evolved: At start, we had a very unprofessional website with little to no info, and we evolved to what it is today in no time. The scope of the project became broadened also.
Cyclops game started as a single game platform and now it is growing into a gaming ecosystem.
2) Listing of CYTR (Our governance token). CYTR token was listed on both hotbit and uniswap with no single sale or private sale done. The liquidity on Uniswap is also locked up
3) CYCR token sale, the token is a very important part of the ecosystem, the sale is currently on and you can enjoy great referral bonuses.

Price of token is 0.1ETH currently, it increases after 7 days typically
4) Hephaestus Workshop v1 went live: our all-in-one Game assets/NFTs marketplace and factory went live. It is a shop where users can trade valuable gaming assets.
Version 2 will go live in Q2 2021, this will allow users to create their own NFTs in easy steps and also list them for trading on the platform.

5) Design of major features: this include, staking mechanism, Block of Fame (BoF) mechanism, faceless asset mechanism and much more.

6) Partnership with NULS. Cyclops Game entered a strategic partnership agreement with NULS, an open-source, enterprise-grade, adaptive blockchain platform.
To complement platform operations on the Ethereum network, Cyclops Game will leverage NULS’s and NerveNerwork’s blockchain solutions to develop cross-chain interoperability.

Q4. Finally, any sneak peek into 2021 plans for Cyclops Games?

Glad to, just limiting it to the near-term milestones, here is a sneak peek on what to expect
2021 will be an exciting year for Cyclops Game and our investors. Starting from Q1, we have several features that will be going live, they include:
1) Staking: Our staking feature will go live within Jan 2021. This feature will allow users to stake CYTR, CYCR and any game asset. The rewards for staking are paid in CYCR.
2) Block of Fame: Block of Fame is a first of its kind ranking feature which is being develop, this feature works in parallel with our staking feature (hybrid social staking-type application). The feature will also go live within Jan 2021.
3) Gaming and the tournament: gaming is our main focus, at the least, the first game and the tournament hub will go live within Q1 2021. The hub will allow gamers to compete all over. Not just crypto-savvy gamers but conventional gamers will also be able to use the platform to compete.
4) Cyclops game will also be launching a Rugpull-proof launchpad/incubator. The objective is to help well vetted startup projects launch and to also protect investors from scams and rugpulls.
Revenue from all the above features is distributed to CYTR, CYCR and Cyclops game asset holders

Our DeFi staking feature is built around real use-cases, not just staking with no utility. With this, it ensures that there will always be demand for our tokens thereby, value appreciation is inevitable.
In addition, users rewards/incentives are multiple-folds, users enjoy rewards from staking, from gaming dapp revenue and from launchpad revenues. These are just the few that will be deployed withing next month and Q1 2021.
More features that will bring about incentives for the community will be integrated.

I’ve seen many projects offering their own farming products without obvious use cases. How can $ CYTR leave these projects? What is the real use case and why should it be a long term investment?
Good point, the whole mechanism of the ecosystem is based on the assets and tokens. The value of game assets are in CYTR. This means that when assets are bought, an amount of CYTR equivalent to the value of that asset is locked up. With more assets minted, less amount of CYTR is in circulation as the demand for CYTR increases while it supply decreases.
In addition, assets are used for actual gaming, so these assets remain staked for gaming hence supply of tokens remain removed from supply.
Therefore, both short-term and long-term, the value of the tokens and assets are bound to appreciate especially after the gaming feature and the tournament hub goes live

We are focused on developing and deploying our staking mechanism, BoF mechanism and the gaming-asset system mechanism. The staking feature is essential as it controls the lockup of assets used on the gaming dapps. The gaming-assets mechanism manages the demand for certain assets and the incentives paid out for staking those assets.
CYCR can be bought at https://sale.cyclops.game/. For now, you can only use ETH to purchase it and you can connect with both metamask and wallet connect

Integration is yet to start but the partnership will be leveraged in building cross-chain interoperability. We will take advantage of NULS tech to speed up transactions and maintain cost effectiveness

Currently DeFi project is on fire. But you know very well that, contract security is a big issue in DeFi. Has your smart contract been audited? How do you guarantee the protection of users’ funds?

You are right but I hate to break this to you, auditing is not always the key… the question is who audits the auditing companies? how sure are we that these so called audit companies are competent?
Some of us are aware of the BetFi sale that took place of Unilayer right? Unilayer claimed to have audited the contract but investors still lost all their investment.
One thing we can promise the community is that we are taking our time and development our features, properly testing before deployment and then we would be auditing.
Again, we are not creating fully autonomous contracts but contracts with hybrid secured solutions
