On the 8th of August, 2022 at 11:00 Am UTC, Decentralized Club had the honor of hosting Shin and Mark from Cyberstella for an Ask-Me-Anything session on their Telegram page with a community of over 70,000 people. It was hosted by DC AMA STAR, Auria
The session was divided into three segments. Introductions were made in Segment 1, questions from the Twitter community were answered in Segment 2, and live questions from the community members in attendance were answered in Segment 3.

Hi Dencentralised Club community! I am a co-founder and CEO of Murasaki. I am a serial entrepreneur. I joined one of the biggest Japanese conglomerates Mitsui & Co, in 2014 and was involved in automotive finance and trading in Malaysia, Venezuela, and Bolivia. I left Mitsui to join a second-year start-up called Jiraffe, as the first sales representative of the company.
I have worked there and raised capital five times as the product owner, sales manager, and managing officer. By 2019, I left Jiraffe and founded several small start-ups.
Later, I joined STVV, a football club in Belgium, as COO. There I took the lead in issuing a fan token for my club during the COVID-19 period. The club successfully raised and created a token community.
Then in July 2021, I founded Murasaki in the Netherlands.

Q1. Can you start us off with brief description about Cyberstella and its primary mission?
Shin
Cyberstella is a game brand based on decentralised stories made by community members. We are going to supply multiple gameplays out of your NFTs.
Not only you can enjoy the gameplay with NFTs, but also you can enjoy the ownership of your NFTs. When it comes to anime projects, there are endless streams! One of which being Mangas! This is where things will get really fun! We will cater to those who are new to crypto, those who enjoy strategic gaming, hardcore gamers, AND those with a creative side! Our NFTs will have endless possibilities!
We are going to release the manga series in October as a start. You can describe a storyline of your NFTs, and those will come out as characters in our manga.

On the game side, Cyberstella is a futuristic strategy-based game where players explore, gather, craft, and fight in PVP battles to build a new society in space. We are powered by our state-of-the-art game development agency MurasakiBV and built on Avalanche (cross-chain coming soon!)

He was managing IRIAM, Vtuber platform, and IRIAM was acquired by DeNA at $140m

Q2. Can you elaborate about the gameplay of Cyberstella and how players will be kept engaged ?

Sure
Your ultimate goal is to create the strongest crew, your avatar NFT, in the world of Cyberstella. The crew has multiple factors determining its strength, such as rarity, levels, abilities, and scout (mint) counts.
You can increase its levels to gain better abilities by spending an in-game token ($UCC), and find better rarity NFTs by scouting or other gameplay.
Here are the examples of crew (your avatars) avaiable in our NFT presales!
We have three classes, humans, aliens, and androids.
In a race against time, players must make it through different planets while collecting recourses before their energy runs out. Make stops along the way to mine artefacts and collect tokens.
I will explain more about Cyberstella’s game modes
- Exploration:
— You can send your avatar NFT (crew) to different planets
— You can send multiple crews to one planet at the same time
— Here is the example of each parameter and how they affect your gameplay
— Power: Gain $UCC (in-game token)
— Agility: Gain $STL (governance token)
— Vitality: How long you can explore planets
— Luck: Gain materials
- Job:
— Players can choose a job out of the list with your crew
— Crew will gain $UCC, $STL, accessories materials, and Treasure NFT. You can unlock the result by spending $UCC and/or $STL
— The result can be three types; big success, success, and failure depending on the job’s difficulty. Rewards are different according to the difficulty and result.
- Factory
— You can generate accessories NFTs out of materials you obtained by exploration and job gameplay
— You can sell them in the marketplace as well - - Battle:
— PvP battle will be coming up on the beta version
— We will keep you updated, but here you can earn more governance tokens ($STL)

Q3. Can you tell us about the process of being registered and start playing ?
Shin
Right now, we are in a pre-registration period. Our game will be launched Q1 2023. We are actively looking for our community members prior to the launch as we will have NFT pre-sales and token listings.
We are opening WL for newcomers for our NFT pre-sales and giveaways. We only have 4,000 limited NFTs available for sales with no additional sales after that. The number of NFTs can only be increased by scouting (breeding) in the beginning.
We prepared WL spots exclusively for Decentralized Club members! 100 newly joined people in our TG/Discord one hour after this AMA to get the WL! We will choose winners randomly, so stay tuned!

Q4. What is the utility of the $UCC token and how does one acquire it?

Thanks for the question! $UCC is an in-game token with an unlimited supply that can be earned mainly through exploration and doing jobs in the game. $UCCs are needed for recovering vitality, raising crew levels, item purchases, mints, and many other things that are necessary when playing Cyberstella. This is your token that enables you to truly utilize the in game experiences and creating a legendary team!

Q5.Can you tell us what are your guys next major priorities in 2022?

Sure. We are focusing on listing on exchanges, partnering with major brands including a possible blockchain company, setting up our socials for our parent company, and working with our press agent to become an authority in the media. It’s important to us that we build a brand that stands out from most NFT collections, and works well with the game community. We believe by making a name for ourselves in the press will help elevate us to becoming the go-to speakers when it comes to commenting on all sorts of topics relevant to gaming.

Great question!
With the emerging trends in crypto, NFTs are going beyond just art, to becoming digital collectables with serious utility that enables an owner to best represent themselves in web3. Being able to create your own storyline using a Cyberstella NFT means you’re creating your own IP that is special to you. Your NFT is a character, but it’s also a team member that takes part in intergalactic missions, battling other teams across the universe, giving it a special utility in your teams ranking, and how valuable that NFT could become in the grand scheme of the overall game and NFT marketplace.

You need to hold NFTs (crew) to enter the world of Cyberstella, however as we are already funded (will be announced soon), we will make our NFTs reasonable and planning a lot of giveaways as we would not need to secure the investment out of players’ wallet 🙂
If you are the subject of the giveaway, you would not need any cost to play.

We are doing giveaways like “name this character and create a backstory”. If you are a winner, you have a right to get crew. Then our creators make manga series out of it. So it is like decentralised stories with your idea. Here is an example of a story written by a community member.
So if you are the owner of NFTs, and set your storyline out of characters, there is a chance your character can be appeared on Manga series!
We are not only making games and manga, also working on many other features to enhance your story with your NFTs. You are no longer buying a JPEG as a UI of the unique address, but a part of Cyberstella and its story.
If you come up with the good story or idea, feel free to propose on Discord or TG.

We have super talented team members in every aspect so we’re really happy to hear you found the trailer interesting. We’re launching a collection of NFTs with 5 rarities, and thousands of combinations, which provide the foundation you need for player growth, specifically, you purchase an NFT, join or lead a team, battle against other teams, and build up your character. This enables you to take control of your character’s destiny, and bring serious value to a NFT that has consistently won battles. The goal of the project is to create a new GameFi economy for the next generation of video games. Our vision is to disrupt GameFi with a community-focused model enabling players to get the best out of each game. As Shin said above, you create a story line and your character and their journey is featured in the managa series. Imagine how incredible it would be to be a part of something like that?! Q.1 💢CyberStella uses the AVAX chain, so can you please us if you have plans to extend to other chains too?
Mark
Thanks Poker! Currently, we feel this is the best chain for us but I will allow @shinny477 to comment on this if he wants to and why. Moving forward, we’re looking to onboard and connect to more chains to create a flow of gamers and bridge liquidity from chains that have thriving ecosystems.

The reason why we choose Avalanche as our first chain is that we are thinking about moving our application to subnet once we secured enough transaction.
We think horizontal approach is the future in terms of scalability.
Q.2 Do you have a AUDIT certificates?

are you woriking to AUDIT your project, so thait the security of the project becomies more secure and relliable,??

We are working on getting the contracts auditors by security teams. When this is live, we’ll inform the community as safety is important to us. :)
Q.3 What are the availability of the management token $STL and your in-player token $UCC and their role in the Cyberstella ecosystem? Can you give information about its benefits and tokenomics?

On-chain in-game will always be inflation if we apply Riesz–Fischer theorem.
We are considering to make our in-game token off chain to stabilise its value first, and create a greater value of the governance token.
This is the reason why we woudl like to have a dual-tokenomics
Q.4 I read that “our goal is to become the next generation of Japanese video games”, but really why focus on this theme of Japanese entertainment? Do you think it is the most recommended market for a P2E NFT game?

As a combination of both Japanese and European founders, we believe that the Japanese market considering crypto regulation, and the Japanese market considering game development, is the best road to disruption and success. We see the P2E industry as ripe for disrupting and we can bring an enormous amount of value to both gamers globally, and Japanese companies looking to bring Japanese IP to the west via our parent company. Cyberstella is our main focus now and we’re going to prove the model and gameplay to demonstrate this is the future of gaming.
Q.5 $STL is the Governance token for the Cyberstella gameplay. So about the token, can you explain how to earn $STL and can you also mention its uses within the platform?

$STL is going to be the center of the value we are creating. Not only we produce Cyberstella, but also we are developing second or third title under the tree of $STL.
Multiple utilites can be defined over titles. And of course, holders can have an influence on things we are creating like anime, manga and movies in the future.
Q.6 Too many magic projects promise but never release a working product or prove any revenue, within short/long time of release. Is your project like this too? If not, can you tell us what makes your project different from others?
