Q1. Can you please introduce yourself and also tell us a bit about Ispolink?

Emanuil:
My name is Emanuil i’m the CEO of Ispolink. Disruptive technologies have always been my passion, and that’ one of the reasons I was attracted to the blockchain sector back in 2017. Moreover, I firmly believe there’s a huge upside for businesses that embrace blockchain tech. I took roles in various blockchain companies before founding Ispolink

Ispolink is blockchain based recruitment platform for tech professionals. Our main objective is to connect the most talent IT and Blockchain engineers globally with established and newly founder innovative crypto companies.

Q2. What are some of the key features of Ispolink?

Emanuil:
Well, Ispolink is full cycle recruitment solution which means the whole hiring process can be managed seamlessly in the platform. 1. Ispolink is the first recruitment platform that creates a full-fledged decentralized ecosystem in which organizations can purchase hiring services instantly and reliably with our native ISP token. 2. Leveraging AI to source candidates based on the specific job requirements. 3 Automated CV screening. 4 Video resumes and referral system

Q3. Can you elaborate a bit on the solutions or enhancements that Ispolink has brought to the table ? @Epavlov10

Emanuil:
We are building a complex platform with lots of features but I would like to stress on our blockchain implementations. The ISP token plays integral part in our ecosystem with it’s numerous uses cases and utilities. Companies will be able to purchase hiring services with ISP and are entitled to 10% discount. The transaction fees will be covered in ISP, we’ll also give rewards to successful referrals and grant token to people that sign up and upload their resume on our platform.

Q4. Finally, what does Ispolink plans to achieve by the end of this year?

Emanuil:
So far we have been progressing very well, recently we released our product demo and by the year end we plan to roll out the platform for beta testing to our community and also announce a token sale

verifying job authenticity could be a herculean task, so how do you ensure only legitimate jobs are posted on your platform and what’s the competitve advantage over traditional Job platforms

Emanuil:
Thanks for the question. As a matter of fact we intend to verify candidate’s education, more specifically degrees and diplomas obtained by education institutions. With the power of blockchain, such institutions could provide the ultimate proof that person X has been to Harvard let’s say, and it’s cool because anyone can verify it!

Emanuil:
I’m proud to say we have experienced blockchain developer on our team that has helped us to ensure that our our smart contract is deployed without any flaws. Decentralizaiton is important aspect and in the future we intend to make our solution even more decentralized.

Your work model is great for new professionals, but I’m curious to know, after the training, does Ispolink connect users with job opportunities? Or is this already on the professional’s side?

Emanuil:
Unlike regular job platform where the job seekers are applying for jobs, in Ispolink companies would be able to apply to you and reach out directly if they find you a good fit! The same goes for job seekers, our advanced AI matching algorithm will display vacancies that you match when the person is searching for new opportunities on the platform.

At this stage we haven’t implemented liquidity mining, but it’s something that we can definitely explore.

Emanuil:
Our business model is B2B SaaS — meaning the businesses can purchase subscriptions depending on the hiring services they want to use. For example, this could be Sourcing with AI, promoting vacancies or premium features with Company subscription model

Q: AI has been included in many areas at present, but the highest level of refinement has not yet been achieved. How do you handle this reality at Ispolink? In case the network does not make a good identification of the candidate, what guarantees do you offer to the associated companies?

Emanuil:
Okay let me elaborate on our AI technology: our solution has 3 main AI implications: 1. NLP for parsing CVs. 2. AI matching algorithm which suggest suitable candidates based on experience, tech stack, professional skills and education. Machine learning to make predictions based on previous hires

For which public and sectors is ISPOLINK directed? What are your perspectives on the freelancer market?

Emanuil:
Our niche market is the technical and hard to fill jobs, such as Blockchain developers, IT engineers, Designers, Business analysts etc. We are emphasizing on regular full time jobs rather than freelance jobs

Harsha:
Many people evaluate projects based on their token value, not the technologies/features the project possesses. How can the #ISP team add educational value to their investors so that more people understand your project than the price?

Emanuil:
Good question. The value of Ispolink is derived from it’s usage, that’s why we’ve designed great tokenomics. The ISP token will be the fuel of the platform with various utilities mentioned earlier. The more our user base grows, the hire will be demand for the token.

Raja DT:
Adoption & Awareness about Platform is very important for any Creator as well as Users! So, What are your plans to attract More users as well as Creators with Non-crypto users too ?

Emanuil:
we recognize the significance of attracting quality candidates to our platform. One of the strategies we plan to implement is to partner with IT Universities and IT Academies with the goal of onboarding top performing professionals. We can have special section where such talents are being highlighted on Ispolink. Another approach would be to organize and sponsor tech events like hackatons which is a great away of creating awareness among tech people and targeting them directly. Other than that we plan on creating and growing dedicated communities for IT and Blockchain professionals where relevant industry trends and hot topics can be discussed and also we’ll be able share with them new job opportunities on Ispolink. We’ll be also leveraging our referral system and native token as incentive to grow the Ispolink platform.

Could you please elaborate more about your tokenomics? What’s the total supply and what kind of plans do you have regarding the token unlocks in the future?

Emanuil:

Q: I want to learn more about Ispolink, but the information is very small, most of Ispolink social networks are less active, the community is relatively empty and less, what strategy does Ispolink team have to develop the community and maintain long-term user?

Emanuil:

What was the biggest milestone your project has? What is plan in the future ?

Emanuil:
Some of our major accomplishments are the partnership with Matic Network — Ispolink utilizes their L2 scaling solution and they will be onboarded on Ispolink. Few days we’ve released our demo and also we have admitted in one of the best accelerators in Europe disruptors.ai

Sergio:
For the success of a project, investors, community and developers play a major role. What is your strategy to get them involved?

Emanuil:
We intend to engage the with the vast community of blockchain enginners and make partnerships and onboard industry giants like binance, okex, coinbase and others to take advantages of our solution

Nishuu:
I think a lot of people here are pretty interested in the $ISP token, both the utility and structure… How does $ISP work as a utility token for the network and how does it benefit both the network and holders?

Emanuil:
Essential users will be able to exchange value with Ispolink, getting paid in ISP tokens once their referral is being hired, they can earn ISP for signing up and also there would be other community programs. Most importantly we’ll have annual token burn events as mechanism ot increase it’s value
