If you missed this event and would like to know what KListthe is all about, you can find a recap

Segment 1 — Introduction
[Caleb] Welcome Adam.
[Adam Durst] Hi.
[Caleb] Good afternoon everyone. We will go straight to the business of the day.
Let’s go to Session 1.
[Adam Durst] Okay.
[Caleb] Introduction questions.
Q1. How did the idea of KList come up and why does that idea have huge market potential?

[Adam Durst] Okay. KList is a super decentralized cross-chain IDO platform.
KList was initiated in Silicon Valley, but we are under a distributed office model and our excellent
developers and offices are mainly distributed in Silicon Valley, Seoul, Hong Kong, etc.
With the improvement of DeFi infrastructure in the blockchain market, cryptocurrency
enthusiasts have discovered the charm of DeFi; so the prospect of DeFi cannot be ignored.
In the DeFi world, the bridge between the project party and the user is the IDO platform.
[Caleb] DeFi is referred to in my country as blood money 😂
[Adam Durst] For example, some well-known projects such as CERE, API3, PREP, etc., are
issued through IDO. Currently, there are already many IDO platforms on the market, such as
Uniswap, Balancer, Polkastarter, Bounce, Mesa, DODO, etc.
[Caleb] Wow, this is great.
[Adam Durst] However, due to the imperfection of the IDO platform and the booming DeFi
market, they cannot meet the needs of the market.
KList as a super cross-chain IDO platform with diversified issuance methods, cross-chain
support, large-scale ecosystem deployment, and strict security protection mechanisms, etc. It
can meet market demand to a certain extent; therefore, the market potential of KList is very
huge.
[Caleb] How does this cross-chain support work with KList?

[Adam Durst] Okay.
[Caleb] Question 2. Why was OkEx Chain chosen to run on?
[Adam Durst] OkEx Chain introduces EVM virtual machine technology and the IBC cross-chain
solution of OkEx cross-chain gateway that is compatible with Cosmos, which coincides with our
vision.
[Caleb] Wow.
[Adam Durst] Besides, our community has a very good relationship and cooperation with OKEx
officials.
At the invitation of the OkEx chain, we will first deploy on OKEx Chain and the deployment on
other chains will be completed immediately; OkEx test net will be launched in early May and
Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Polkadot chain and other networks will be launched at the end
of May.
[Caleb] Could you share a roadmap with the community, before we move to question 3 and the
final question for the session?

Q3. What’s the core product of KList?
[Adam Durst] The core product of KList are IDO and DAPP. Also, KList will provide functions
such as token storage and market trading for project parties and users.

In order to allow IDO retained assets to exert greater value, KList will develop more IDO ecology
including, multi-chain IDO, custodial pledge, liquidity mining and trading, etc.
Segment 2 — Twitter Questions
[Caleb] Moving to Session 2, twitter session. We have selected 3 great questions.
[Adam Durst] Okay.
[Caleb] Twitter Question No 1.
From: @ApaguJonah
I saw that KList plans to release V1, V2, and V3, why was it decided that 3 versions will be
released, what will be the differences between these versions, and what will be the timeframe
for the release of these versions?
Twitter Question No 2.
From: @Wormz29
KList’s vision is to build a bridge of value for quality discovery between superior projects and
investors. So as a high-performance IDO protocol, what are your strict verification process and
rules for each project that goes IDO on KList?
Twitter Question №3.

From: @ielfzary
Could you tell me a little bit about your roadmap going forward, how do you plan onboarding
users and gaining more adoption for your project? What would we expect in the future?
[Adam Durst] Okay.
V1: IDO for the public, in a first-in-first-out (FIFO) method of fundraising. The project party has
the flexibility to configure offering options, which include Total Amount, Price per Unit, Max Unit,
and Ways to Obtain (FIFO).
Private Pool: Obtaining the Pre Whitelist of users according to the project party’s tasks in the
whitelist approach, and then the final whitelist users are vetted by the project party.
Liquid SWAP Pool Offering (Version 2)
In the method of liquid SWAP pool offering, OKList will establish a smart pool and adopt Dutch
auctions to allow the project party to set a relatively high coin price initially. As time goes by, the
price will gradually decrease to a reasonable level.
Combinable MISO Offering (Version 3)
In terms of the offering of OKList MISO, various combination tools called “IDO ingredients” shall
be created with smart contract packages.
Question No 1. answered.
[Caleb] Alright, moving to Question 2.
[Adam Durst] Okay.

KList’s vision is to build a bridge for quality discovery between high-quality projects and
investors and to realize it, we have set the strict review procedures and rules for each IDO
project on Klist. For instance, we have a comprehensive background check which requires them
to provide contract audits and complete project information.
Meanwhile, we have an on-chain margin system visualized process and on-chain query function
so that to ensure the investors’ rights and interests.
We believe that strict review will help investors discover high-quality projects and establish a
good image of the KList platform.
At the same time, IDO projects that have passed the review will be contained in the KList
ecology sharing the advantages of Klist ecology and developing together.
Question No 2. answered.
[Caleb] Alright, Question 3.
[Adam Durst] The roadmap has been mentioned above, let’s start with other questions.
[Caleb] Yeah, true. Thank you for your apt answers.
Segment 3 — Website Questions.
[Caleb] Before the live session for the community, here are the best 3 website questions:

Website Question №1.
What are the competitive advantages of your project? What advantages do you have that other
competitors don’t have? What would be your project secure most similar contender in the
market today in terms of scalability, security, features, and adaptability?
Telegram Username: @Capt_Amsterdam
Website Question №2.
Could you please explain why Klist chose to run on the OKEXChain network? What advantages
does KList get from choosing this network?
Telegram Username: @agathabri
Website Question №3.
KList builds an IDO platform that can meet different market needs from others, can you describe
the systems and methods that will allow Klist to meet market needs? And how does KList
ensure the safety of investors at KList?
Telegram Username: @Bernardetth
[Adam Durst] Okay. Compared with other IDO platforms, KList integrates the issuance methods
of the existing IDO platforms and has made some improvements for example;
Diversified IDO methods

[Adam Durst] Diversified IDO methods, which including fixed SWAP pool that contains PUBLIC
pool (for all users) and private pool (PRE WHITELIST audit system) liquid SWAP pool (Dutch
auction), and combinable MISO (according to various rules to promote an optimal market price).
Margin system.
KList has the world’s first margin system, which makes investors have more choices and voting
rights as well as protecting investors’ rights to the maximum to prevent project parties from
doing evil.
Professional review
According to our data research very few IDO platforms review projects, which is not friendly to
investors. But, KList has a strict review of projects and IDO projects in KList are all the best
quality projects.
Question No 1. answered.
Question No 2. answered.
Question No 3. answered.
[Caleb] That’s great.
Moving to the last segment before we call it a day, can you share your social media links before
I open the group for the last segment?
[Adam Durst] Okay.

KList is an excellent IDO platform that holds $LIST coins to get huge wealth as a bridge
between the project party and the investor.
[@LEMSUN] To say the success of the project, the core issue is still attracting participants, so
what plans have you prepared in the future to ensure the number of participants and new
