Dear, Community,

Welcome to the recap of our AMA with MMAON.
Our vibrant and enthusiastic community had a lot of questions to ask. To those who want to know quickly what MMAON is about, we are sure this recap is gonna help you. So without further ado, continue reading 😉

✔️Introduction with MMAON : 👉

Peter Smith | Crypto Analyst:
Q1. Can you tell us about how experienced is the founding team of MMAON ?

Igor Jakovac:
Ok, I’ll take this one…

Our team has decades of experience in combat sports, from fighters to promoters and most importantly as fans of the sport!

We’ve worked with some of the biggest promotions in the globe, and some of the sport’s biggest stars across our careers!

We also have an experienced development team that has worked with blockchain for a number of years as specialists in their field.

Peter Smith | Crypto Analyst:
Great😍

Igor Jakovac:
So, I think that pretty much covers it. Loads of experience

and I’m Done :)

Peter Smith | Crypto Analyst:
Ok. Moving to the 2nd question…

Q2. Can you tell us what issues is MMAON planning to solve ?

Darren Russell:
This one is for me! 👊

Peter Smith | Crypto Analyst:
Ok. Take it😄

Darren Russell:
MMAON will connect fans, fighters, sponsors and organisations to build the biggest combat sports community on our own platform. MMAON will digitize the stadium and bring fans closer to the fight than ever before, making fans true insiders!

We recognise that fighters need to create additional revenue through activities outside of competition. Fighters can engage with fans through seminars, subscriptions, merchandise and Q&As as well as through traditional social media engagements.

Fighters also have issues reaching potential sponsors and organisations to further develop their career. MMAON will connect them easily to ensure all sides benefit from a more streamlined approach.

Fans will have more control, with fan-made matchmaking an innovative concept where fans can decide fights for upcoming events across the globe, ensuring fans feel a part of the process!

I think that shows we plan to solve EVERYTHING and really shape the future of combat sports.

DONE 🚀

Peter Smith | Crypto Analyst:
Its Impressive 😍.

Q3. Can you tell us about the private sale, token allocation etc.?

Igor Jakovac:
That’s for me…

Our whitepaper describes this in detail so anyone can check it out there for future reference…

As far as the private sale is concerned, we capped that at 4% of the total supply and it was sold out in minutes.

Our entire token base is 100.000.000.

15% of that is for the founders and team — these tokens are locked for 36 months and are subject to yearly vesting;

20% of the tokens will be reserved for our future partners, such as fighters, partner organizations, etc;

7% will be distributed to our advisors;

Peter Smith | Crypto Analyst:
Wow. Amazing💯

Igor Jakovac:
thx!

4% were sold in privatesale, as stated;

10% are being kept in reserve for future distribution;

20% are reserved for our staking rewards pool;

24% are available for crowdsale as of March 22;

So that brings us to 100%

Peter Smith | Crypto Analyst:
Yes. I count it😄

Q4. What is MMAON planning to achieve further this year?

I think this question is for you😄 @darrenrussell

Darren Russell:
Correct! 🙂

MMAON will aim to launch in Summer 2021 to the community after extensive testing periods and further development of the platform.

Peter Smith | Crypto Analyst:
✌️😁

Darren Russell:
Whilst we’ve already achieved with bringing together our advisory team of; former UFC champion Frank Mir, BRAVE CF president Mohammed Shahid, UFC fighter and coach James Krause and MMA legend Brad Pickett, we aim to achieve more by launching our platform to the community and beginning to change the sport for the better!

We aim to have fan-matched fights, pay-per-views and the MMARKET up and running by this summer, as well as fans, fighters, organisations and sponsors engaging on the platform!

We can’t wait to hit our already very excited market for MMAON!

Peter Smith | Crypto Analyst:
That’s fantastic. We are so happy to host you guys 🥰

I read that fans will be able to decide on MMAON, so does this mean that fans will decide the result of the match by voting? Doesn’t this mean that fighters need more of a fanbase than skills itself to be able to win on MMAON? Could you explain it better?

Igor Jakovac:
Ok, №1: the short of it is NO

The matches will still be decided by the fighters themselves in the cage, as it should be!

What fans will be able to decide on… is the matchups. Up till now the organizations were the sole matchmakers, matching fighters up based on their own priorities. Now the fans will finally have a say. They will be able to both vote on the fights they want to see, suggest them and even fund them.

So the fans have more power in the game, but the ultimate decision is up to the fighters and their skills in the cage

Hope that makes it clear 😁

Can you tell us some of the latest achievements made by MMAON & can you describe in detail the current development efforts, such as market expansion plans, expected applications & new upcoming events program?

Igor Jakovac:
Ok, question 2… I’ve actually preped for that one,… it’s rather a large one 😂

We are currently busy on multiple fronts. On the one hand we are busy working on the platform’s infrastructure, on its backend, which we can’t really describe as an achievement. On the other, we are busy building our advisory board where we have a number of achievements. We started out by getting 2x UFC heavyweight champion Frank Mir and BRAVE president Mohammed Shahid on board, and we’ve now added UFC coach and ‘anyweight’ James Krause and UKMMA legend Brad Pickett, which is incredible as it gives us the depth we need to really make MMAON the platform and place for MMA fighters, fans, organizations and sponsors.

Our current efforts are aimed at building an up to date fighter database with all the relevant stats, which fighters will then be able to link to their profiles. This database will then provide added value to the fighters and organizations and incentivize them to join. Getting them on board then incentivizes fans to join growing our community.

As far as the expected applications: we will offer users access to our MMARKET where they can buy and sell things such as merch, training seminars/videos, sponsored gear, etc.. The platform will also offer ways to interact via DMs, statuses, sharing, news posts… which will finally bring the MMA community together in one place.

Another application is the introduction of fan voting, donations and/or fight fundraising which offers MMA fans the ability to support their favorite fighters and fund fights they want to see. This will give the fans unprecedented power in the sport, bringing it up to a whole new level.

Another application which is very important for us all is PPV and on demand which will provide fans globally with the option to stream live and archived fights. That’ll mean that even new fans will be able to view the greatest matches from “back in the day” and will at the same time provide the organizers of those matches, and fighters, with an added revenue stream.

The upcoming events program is still in the works. One thing you will be able to see on the platform are the upcoming events from the organizations which are part of the platform and any upcoming events from the world of combat sports, from the UFC to kickboxing events from all four corners of the world.

And finally… by giving fans the opportunity to vote on upcoming matches, and to fund them, they will finally be able to influence them, and not only view them.

I think that pretty much covers it, so DONE 😄

Where did you get the inspiration for this unique project idea? And what influence will we have on the crypto industry due to the project?

Darren Russell:
Q3: Good question! The idea didn’t just happen overnight, it is the product of years and years experience in MMA. For some on our team it is 15+ years working in the sport, on all sides of the game. In some way or another, we’ve all been involved with the sport, as fighters, promotors, organizers, and media covering the event.

As such we were able to see all the good and not so good aspects of the sport. Over time we decided to change things, to try and make the sport even better, to bring it closer to the fans and to help the fighters, especially the up-and-coming fighters bursting onto the scene.

Peter Smith | Crypto Analyst:
More than 15 years?😳👌

Darren Russell:
Yes! I’m one of the younger ones but even my experience is 7 years 😅

I think the influence on the crypto industry will be substantive. MMAON will open the market up to a whole new range of ideas and segments and in my opinion make other industries, which up to now ignored, or didn’t trust blockchain, look at crypto for further growth!

Peter Smith | Crypto Analyst:
Great👏👏👏

Darren Russell:
And that’s why we’re unique and look forward to see the impact we have on the crypto industry!

MMAON is a project that gives support to the MMA, but apart of them also will be able to give support to other types of fights? Like Boxing, karate or kickboxing?

Darren Russell:
That first question looks like one for me! I’ll take it Igor!

Just like most combat sports fans, we enjoy watching different disciplines!

They all have their own attractions and factors for fans to tune in and that’s why we’ll support all disciplines, from boxing and kickboxing to jiu-jitsu and karate!

We will compile records on our database for these sports, as well as work with fighters, fans and organisations to bring the best of these sports to MMAON, through engaging, interacting and bringing live fight cards to the fans!

This March 22nd MMAON will conduct an IEO on Probit Exchange so can you give us the details about this event? How much supply is destined to this IEO?

Igor Jakovac:
Ok, that’s a simple one which was mostly covered in the intro questions…

Like I said, 24% of our total token supply will be available for crowdsale on Probit. We’re also working on bringing MMAON tokens to some of the largest exchanges in the near future…

But if you want to get in on the action early, ProBit is the place for you on March 22.

Can you tell us how do you think that MMAON will change the current MMA community?

Darren Russell:
MMAON will change the community for the better! Connecting fans to fighters, organisations to fighters and fighters to sponsors will ensure that everybody feels valued and uses the platform instead of existing social media platforms.

Fighters will be able to develop additional revenue streams and new ways to connect with their loyal fanbase. MMAON recognises that fighters deserve to be rewarded as they are the ones that put everything on the line for the fans, organisations and the world to enjoy!

As a fan, being able to create your own fights and see them unfold in front of your eyes is a dream for all involved! After initially voting to create a matchup, to following the pre-fight build up, to the weigh ins and then eventually fight night. It’s finally time to let fans decide what they want to see!

That last bit is what excites me most as an MMA fan!

Peter Smith | Crypto Analyst:
Wonderful!

✍️ Telegram live Questions answered by MMAON ✔

Elena:
☘️ Some days ago MMAON was announced to launch digital and fan-centric platform, since this is happening your team has occupied several other social media platforms to spread the word but it is also eager to set up its own platform, do you have what it takes to establish a whole new platform? How is this revolutionary? What media platforms have you been using so far?

Igor Jakovac:
Ok, first of, yes we have what it takes. That’s the short of it. The revolutionary part is that MMAON isn’t just a social media platform. We intend to be a hub for all things MMA.

So fans, fighters, organizations and sponsors can interact, and can use other features as well. You’ll have PPV options for one, you’ll be able to influence the matchups, to trade, etc. And the best part of it is: you won’t have to go to different places to do it. Everything will available to you in one place

Darren Russell:
Partnerships are crucial to the development of the platform! We are already happy to announce our partnership with BRAVE Combat Federation, one of the leading MMA promotions especially in the Middle East. Our promotion in the Balkans; WFC is sponsored by OKEX!

We are currently in advanced talks with a number of combat sports promotions, from various disciplines from around the world to bring further content to MMAON. We have also already reached a number of fighters, including our advisory team to bring them to the platform, and get their feedback also!

What we can tell you so far is… everybody is excited for the future of MMAON!

Wonderful BTS:
Do you think community is important? what have you done to build the power of community?

Darren Russell:
The community is vital to MMAON. Fighters, fans, organisations, gyms and sponsors will create and cultivate the community that is ever-growing and vital for the future ecosystem of combat sports.

Our community outside of the platform is already growing, with over 60K followers on Instagram and 20K+ on Telegram! What we’re building is for the people, the community and for the future of the sport!

The future of MMA is here! MMA is ON! 🚀

Wilian Thomas:
Are you a global project or local project? Can anybody anywhere use Your project without any restrictions?

Igor Jakovac:
Ok, I’ll take this one since I think I can cover a number of the others in it as well. We are definately a global project. Our team is global, we have people from the States, Europe, the Middle East working on it, so it’s not just a local thing.

Our main plan for the near future is to attract users to the platform. On the one hand our team is working on building our database of fighters which they can then link to their profiles. That then incentivizes them to join and also does the same for the organizations as they have access to the data. That then creates value for the fanes and allows us to introduce the features we have planed.

Ultimately all stakeholders benefit from the platform. Recognizing that is what makes us grow!

Darren Russell:
Here’s our founder with the president of BRAVE 🤝

After the conclusion of our IEO, you will find us listed on the world’s top exchanges. Thank you for taking part everybody!

Igor Jakovac:
Really quickly on this… you will be able to use our token in a number of ways… one of them is PPV, the other is donating to fighters, you’ll also be able to use it on the MMARKET, and more…

There’s so many great questions here, unfortunately we can’t answer them all in the time we have.
