Our team has now been working together for 4 years. We have worked on exchange projects, dapp projects, and algorithmic trading projects. All of these are used in Newv Finance.
We believe that everything in the world is both real and virtual (such as value), private and open (publicly visible but anonymous). We are pumped about the new reality that is developing and are excited to be part of it.

Q2. Can you tell us what issues is Newv Finance planning to solve ?
Eric NewvFinance:
Generally speaking, Newv Finance intends to support the AMM liquidity on HECO.
Newv Finance creates passive income to Newv token holders for providing liquidity on Mdex. And the entire process is done using the smart contract.
We are the first Mdex liquidity provider platform to operate via smart contract all the way through.
The passive income and deflation system encourages liquidity providers to stake their LP tokens which solve the liquidity issue.

There always are some obstacles.
To be recognized by the market is always the biggest obstacle for project teams currently.
While the most significant milestone is that we have got the smart contracts done and will be open to the market soon.
Fully audited and disclosed.

It’s a big year I can say
News Finance intends to help more than 20 projects with a presale plan.
The using of our standardised smart contracts can prevent rug pool, which will make the Huobi Eco Chain better.
We have designed a one-fit-all ILO platform and will be released soon.

What kind of projects you will cooperate with ILO?

Good questions
For the first one
We would like to cooperate with creative and innovative projects.
As we all know, there are a lot of projects that are working on Oracle, Cross-chain and some of them have done well.
As for the AMM and lending, there is no such a perfect solution. We should work together to get that done.
Perhaps AMM+NEWV can be one of the results and we will need to work on it.
We believe the protocol and the model we designed will work well.

Newv finance team will cooperate with other projects on their presale when the experiment result is recognized by the market.
The projects that we will be cooperating with have to be innovative and new to the market. Our standardized protocol can assist project teams on presale, LP staking and liquidity stimulating.
Those projects can get better market exposure and development by combining with their advanced tokenomics.

Definitely
Our smart contracts will be open to the public next week. You are more than welcome to participate in the contract review or auditing.
The homepage may still have some minor issues but we can work together to fix them. As for the return, we do not have a clear bug bounty program, but we can come up with a reasonable payment plan based on the value of the bug.

Big problem for a lot of Defi projects seems to be that when farming starts, the price goes down because people unload to put liquidity into the farm. Will there be an incentive to hold NEWVFI and not just farm and dump?
Eric NewvFinance:
That’s good. Farming projects share the same issue
However, the model created by Newv Finance Team is different from the pure farming model.
Most of the other farming projects only create a tokenomic that has a continuous mining output.
There is no input on the demand side, which will eventually suppress prices.
The model created by NEWV Finance Team will lead to a positive spiral, where people who would like to receive dividends need to stake LP tokens.
Since HT will be distributed as dividends, people who would like to receive dividends will purchase NEWV instead of selling NEWV.
NEWV will be burned at the same time.
We will see how it turns out.

For the second question
As introduced haha, in order to support the liquidity, we intend to provide standardized contracts for fundraising and LP staking.
We will then launch an ILO user interface that can be used by anyone. Project teams can customize the parameters and then raise funds. After the funds are raised, the LP will be staked by smart contract. This will be a revolutionary solution which can prevent rug pull.

Does your project have certification or mention as a Huobi ECO partner? I mean how safe is it to deal with your project because you write that it is an experiment, which means it is a big % that I can lose money.

And the last question from the website
I think that has been answered. You will see our fully transparent smart contracts. We have a strong technical team and we are working with some auditing agencies to audit smart contracts. The latest status will be disclosed regularly. For NEWV, we believe that the risk of losing funds caused by security issues is reaonably low.

Obviously the market is booming at the moment. I am not an optimistic person though. How would Newv survive if the market is not good any more?

For the first question, as we all know, the market is not always good.
Long term investors would appreciate the chance for them to buy at the dip.
The deflationary mechanism of NEWV means when the price of NEWV is lower, the NEWV to be burned will be more.
As mentioned, HT will be distributed as dividends
While same value of NEWV will be burned

I’m very concerned about the liquidity and the slippage of the project I will be investing. How will Newv solve the above mentioned issues?

For the second question
Well, liquidity issue is actually what we aim to resolve.
The incentives encourage users to provide liquidity which leads to a positive feedback loop.
Liquidity providers will be awarded with HT, while an equivalent amount of NEWV will be burned.
Users who want to receive dividends will need to purchase NEWV.

Most investors simply focus on the price of the TOKEN in the short term, and not on the real value of the project. Can you tell us about the motivation and advantages of token investors in the long term?

For the third question.
The volume of NEWV will continuously reduced which will lead to deflation.
People will buy NEWV token if they want to receive dividends.
NEWV Finance can help a lot of projectds with a presale plan to reach their goals.

What’s the difference between the listing price of NEWV on Mdex and the presale price? If the NEWV-HT LP that belongs to the project team will be gradually reduced?

The price depends on the presale stage
The initial rate is only 1HT=100NEWV. The listing price may be 42% higher than the presale price. 50% of HT from presale will be staked to Mdex right after the presale.
