On the 21st of July, 2021 at 17:00 UTC, Decentralized Club had the honor of hosting Lucas Costa, CMO at Dynasty Global Investments AG, for an Ask-Me-Anything session on their Telegram page with a community of over 30,000 people. It was hosted by DC Admin, May.
 
The session was divided into three segments. Introductions were made in Segment 1, questions from the Twitter community were answered in Segment 2, and live questions from the community members in attendance were answered in Segment 3.

Q1. Can you briefly describe what Dynasty Global Investments is? We would like to know more about it and how it works.

Yes, sure.
Founded in 2016 and established in the Crypto Valley in Switzerland, the most important blockchain ecosystem in the world, Dynasty Global aims to bring innovation to the global crypto financial markets globally by combining real estate and crypto. Dynasty will unite the virtual and real worlds and will enable investment and transactions to flow freely through borders through its unique ERC-20 Token, the D¥NS.
 
The D¥NS is a globally accepted transactional payment token with reference to the Real Estate market, which brings more solidity and credibility to the market.
 
The total token supply of 21 million tokens released in 4 tranches of 5,250 million tokens each year, as well as the burn wallet, is specified in the smart contract.

The reference to Real Estate:
As tokens are sold, a major portion of the funds will be used to acquire ultra-premium real estate assets in the most prestigious financial centers in the world like New York, London, Seoul, Singapore, and Sao Paulo. With income revenues from the properties, Dynasty will buy back DYNS from the market to be burnt, reducing tokens in circulation and therefore increasing their scarcity.

Q2. What are your main features that distinguish you from other projects and what competitive advantages do you have?

We have a unique business model which unites both the crypto and real estate worlds in a way we haven't seen another project do so far.

Our key differentiators are: 
 
-Dynasty Global Investments AG is a Swiss company that was born in the Crypto Valley and therefore follows recognized compliance, KYC and AML procedures,
 
-DYNS is a transactional payment token that will be integrated into a wide and global network of payment partners and commercial establishments,
 
-Because of its total supply of 21 million tokens and its buy-back & burn procedure, D¥NS will have its scarcity continuously increasing over time,
 
-DYNS token was issued on the Ethereum platform, using the ERC-20 standard,
 
-DYNS token has 18 decimals, so every token can be divided into 10^18 smaller parts,
 
-The reference to real estate brings more credibility and solidity to the market and the token holders,

The two founders are successful entrepreneurs with extensive expertise in the ultra-premium real estate market, which combined with many years of development of the project in the Crypto Valley in Switzerland, brings solid know-how and a great level of partnerships with important stakeholders and players of the blockchain ecosystem. Q4. Are you working on any partnerships or marketing initiatives to help build awareness for your platform?

In addition to our marketing activities such as community building, PR, social media content, influencers promotions, AMA sessions, and online events, we are developing partnerships with global payment providers and blockchain institutions. We have been able to follow and accomplish what we had in plan and our main project milestones.

Below I would like to list the main achievements of our Project Roadmap:
 
Q4 2020: presentation at the Paris Blockchain Week Summit,
Q1 2021: successful private offering + social capital integration for Brazilian branch completed,
Q2 2021: first triple-A real estate asset acquisition completed in the most prestigious financial center of Latam,

Back in 2015 and 2016, the founders wanted to establish the company and develop the project in a country with serious financial regulations and open to blockchain innovations, therefore they have chosen to establish Dynasty at the Crypto Valley in Zug, Switzerland, one if not the most important ecosystem for blockchain innovative companies. Yes, we have a branch in Brazil and we are currently working to further expand internationally by opening new branches and operations in other countries around the world.

We are not tokenizing real estate assets. The real estate properties acquired by Dynasty are only used as a source of revenues to sustain the buy-back & burn procedure. The two founders of Dynasty, Eduardo Carvalho and Fabio Asdurian have solid experience with the ultra-premium real estate market and a wide network of consultants and advisors in this field, therefore it was a good match to combine their real estate and blockchain experiences and know-how.

Q4. You mention: The real estate sector is one of the most solid and reliable markets in the world. Would this be an advantage that your platform has to be competitive? Is it in your plans to build an NFT real estate market?

The advantage is that real estate brings more solidity and credibility to the crypto market and to the D¥NS holders once it offers a reference on a well-established and solid segment such as real estate. Dynasty wants to provide not only better liquidity to the D¥NS but also contribute with better liquidity to the ultra-premium real estate market with its asset acquisitions. For the time being, we are not considering building the NFT real estate market, but that topic has been raised. Thanks again for bringing it up. We will evaluate it. :)

Q5. From what I could read, they already have a property in Brazil and are evaluating others in major cities. What use will these properties have and how do they benefit the project?

Yes, Dynasty acquired in June its first real estate asset even before the start of the public offering of its D¥NS token. The property is a whole new 1,000 square meter floor in a top-notch corporate building located at the most prestigious financial address of Latin America, in São Paulo.

As mentioned previously in question 3 I believe, the properties are used as a source of revenues to enable us to do the so-called buy-back & burn procedure and in a more drastic scenario of the complete crash of the crypto market, which is very unlikely to happen despite the normal expected high market fluctuations, we have properties in our portfolio which we can choose some to sell and buy-back more D¥NS tokens from the market via the exchanges where D¥NS is listed. This is all to provide more credibility to our token and the token holders.

We are currently focusing our real estate assessments in important financial centers around the globe because those addresses are less affected by economic crises and have a better interest in renting and providing better income revenues.

The market dictates the movements and that we cannot avoid. We have some triggers to help us support tokens such as approx 5% of the funds raised are used for liquidity support and the buy-back & burn procedure which reduces total token circulation also helps.
