I’m f∆RMer John and I have a deep history in the DeFi space! reBASE is an ecosystem based on sound economic principles. But basically it rebases daily, every 24 hours.

Q2. What is so exciting about reBASE that we should know about?

We have a simple rebasing that is time tested and works, one REBASE every 24 hours.
There are a lot of gimmicks in the elastic supply space, and those gimmicks do not keep attention for very long. What has worked in other leading elastic supply tokens is one rebase a day.
Our farm is topped up and live! You can yield farm REBASE-USDC and soon REBASE-ETH too! This means that you can earn more REBASE than you bought!
We have a variety of other economic policies that make our token unique! Such as our upcoming stimulus system, which hopefully you’ll learn more about today or soon.

Q3. Which are the most important achievements in 2020 for reBASE??

So far that’s been launching its farm and the rebasing. To achieve all that in a durable way we had to do a lot behind the scenes, like launching our oracles and dashboards and various websites. Now we are going to add oracle bots into our chatrooms and other ways for people to keep up with the current state of the system.

We have more on our current roadmap to complete first!
Our basic system is one thing, but we have a better and unique farm in development, and different models of the stimulus to roll out!
The REBASE project is committed to using the best in DeFi to make the strongest and most robust capital system on the market!
The main things on our roadmap are the stimulus system, which is not out yet. And the upgraded farm which gives you an additional token like a bond, when you lock liquidity.

Is it only possible to farm $REBASE through Uniswap in the REBASE-USDC pair? Do you plan to enable other stablecoins like USDT to participate in the farming?

I’ve been reading at your web that some owners of reB∆SE can be beneficiaries of a much larger amount of REBASE via the “Stimulus”. What is Stimulus and how it works?

The stimulus system is described in our white paper, one model of the stimulus is that different addresses get selected each day and receive an additional positive rebase that day! Look forward to that!

Community and team are one and the same, there should be no bystanders in the REBASE project. The best way to support the work is to use the farm and add liquidity. 🌾🚜💨

xposure to Total market Cap requires additional technologies such as oracles. Can you give us details about the type of oracle will you use? what is the technology behind?

Our needs were best suited by us launching our own oracle first, which we have. We have talked with Chainlink, Band, Tellor and others and the discussions are ongoing.

Is the REBASE team looking at layer-2 technologies to increase scalability? How do you see future cross-chain opportunities on your platform?

We are looking at Layer-2 technologies, especially more mature ones like Matic, to see if there are possibilities for collaboration and expansion! Launching across layers and chains is still unique in the rebasing space, and we can have different combinations than other rebasing or elastic supply tokens!

I know rebasing tokens are all the rage right now! You should check out the official “REBASE” token with the name to prove it.
but I don’t understand how Rebasing happens? can you explain in detail?

Rebasing is actually pretty complex to do! First there is your token, and then there is the market policy which is another smart contract, the policy is what sets your target rate and ranges for rebasing. Then an oracle needs to set the variables for that interval of rebasing, and then during certain time periods another oracle or the users themselves can trigger rebasing!
We plan to have a button that lets users make the rebasing happen, and they’ll get paid in REBASE when they do it! It will be a race against our oracle!

Only getting users, holders etc is not everything. In my opinion, a project needs to deal with solving a real world issue or problem What is the problem that your project primarily focuses on??

The real world problem we are working on is collateralizing elastic supply tokens and using them in other platforms. The future and most important version of our farm has liquidity locking and the creation of farming bonds. The bonds are to be used in the rest of the defi ecosystem.
