however, to attain capital you need good reputation and credit scoring which you build on top of your identity now this is tricky, majority small business do not have that
that is the reason why we build Tokoin to help these individuals and their businesses

Q2. How is Tokoin planning to solve the key issues in a DeFi ecosystem ?

most of South east asian or developing countries are facing these problems
First of all, DeFi is actually one of the biggest invention we could ever see to date, with traditional financial system, you only target the well established with a good reporting on their financial report, good credit scoring
but traditional financial institution will not touch the smaller segments the MSMEs
HOWEVER, with DeFi it taps on the market that we never thought it will be empowered, that is why if you look at our Whitepaper https://www.tokoin.io/whitepaper/Tokoin-Whitepaper.pdf?id=ebfd311b2b26bf1a6201 we clearly said that we will go and develop DeFi for these 63 millions individual MSMEs that are being un tapped by the traditional financial institutions

Q3. Regarding a recent announcement, How impactful will be the Tokoin partnership with Fantom?

This is exciting, it will need a couple hours to share what we have prepare which we are trying to put it under the pillow Lols. with all seriousness, we have develop a handful of initiatives where DeFi will be the main focus and it will create a dimension for our project as we have just woken up from our sleep after covid19 hitting Indonesia where we actually got impacted quite a bit

In the bad situation of the Covid-19 epidemic, every industry was heavily affected. Does it affect on the growth of Tokoin team and its ? What are your plans to turn challenges into opportunities for Tokoin Development?

covid-19 does affect all aspect industry. Even we got affected. In these moment, we had some collaboration and help the government for covid mapping work in medical industry for identity in every rural area

Why does Tokoin not work separately from each business, but aims at fundamental steps, establishing credit unions with hundreds of thousands of users? Is it difficult to manage such a broad coalition for Tokoin?
Ignasius Michael 侯家明:
fundamental steps is very important aspect. It works as your basis when you work, when you got lost. You must go back to your fundamental. Credit rating for user is really important because in the market not all people got detected by the banking system and the penetration of the bank in Indonesia still have much to do

the blockchain growth in Indonesia are growing. Maybe it’s not that friendly with other country but it’s because of the people that didn’t know the blockchain itself. We always can use blockchain in every way in every aspect. 2–5 years from now it’ll be different
